| Q. Why are some items not available in Canada? A. The sizes of some of our items are larger than the Canadian shipper currently can handles. We are working on alternative methods but until this is in place it is regretful but they are unavailable. Q. How can I find the other giftware that you sell. A. You can either e-mail us if you have a specific interest(s) or group(s) of items then we forward our selection(s) to you by return mail; the other choice is to order a catalogue(s) for a general selection. Please note catalogue(s) are offered for a price credit after set purchase amounts to our customers at time of purchase. Q. I found an item in your catalogue, but it is not on your site. How do I buy it? A. When you are at the checkout counter enter the number found in the catalogue into the order box. Our system will then check for stock available and you will see it in you shopping basket. Q. How long do I have to wait for delivery of my order. A. We often have orders to you in two to three weeks but delivery times do vary and should be based on a four to six week delivery time if being ordered for a specific date. Q. Can I buy from you at wholesale price? A. Yes we do have wholesale quantities and prices for anyone in business. Please e-mail us or use the contact information to submit the required business information for this department. Q. I don’t want to purchase over the internet. How can I order? Q. We do not use charge cards, can we still buy your products? A. These two questions have a similar answer. We will e-mail a form to you with the mailing address, fax number, and phone number. You then fill in the information with certified check/money order/visa/master card/American express and mail, or fax it, for hand processing. Q. Can I buy in Canadian dollars? A. Our prices are in U.S. dollars but your credit card company will convert it automatically at the time of billing. |
